Quick answers about shipping, delivery, pre-orders and returns. The full policies are linked at the bottom of this page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. It costs €5.95 to Ceuta and Melilla, €10.95 to the Canary Islands, €6.95 to mainland Portugal and Andorra, €14.95 to the Azores and Madeira, €14.95 or €19.95 to the rest of Europe depending on the country, and €29.95 to Australia and the rest of the world. The cost is per order and you see it at checkout, with the total, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
For mainland Spain we prepare your order within 0 to 1 working days and delivery takes 2 to 4 working days after that. For other destinations the time depends on the destination and the carrier. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver your order within 30 calendar days of placing it at the latest.
Can I order a size that is out of stock?
On many products, yes, as a pre-order. You pay when you order and we deliver within 10 calendar days. The product page shows the latest delivery date before you buy. Items we no longer restock cannot be pre-ordered: when they sell out, they show as sold out.
How long do I have to return an order?
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. If you tell us within the first 14 days, you get a cash refund of everything you paid, including the original delivery costs. If you tell us between day 15 and day 30, you get a store credit for the price of the garment instead. The store credit has no expiry date and does not include the original delivery cost.
Who pays for return shipping, and how do I start a return?
You pay for the return shipping, also if you live in Spain. The exception is a defective, damaged or wrong item: then we pay for the return shipping. To start a return, email newportvela@gmail.com with your order number and the items you are returning.
Do I pay customs or import taxes?
If your order goes to a destination outside the EU VAT area, for example the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway, customs duties or import taxes may be charged at the destination. Unless checkout says otherwise, they are not included in the price.
What does the size SG mean?
SG is our largest size, above XXL. It is available on the products whose size selector shows it.
