Where we ship and what it costs

The shipping cost is per order, in euros. You will see it at checkout, with the total, before you pay.

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: free.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: €5.95.
  • Canary Islands: €10.95.
  • Mainland Portugal and Andorra: €6.95.
  • Azores and Madeira: €14.95.
  • Europe, zone 1: €14.95. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden, and also Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
  • Europe, zone 2: €19.95. Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, and also Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, the Faroe Islands, the Åland Islands, and Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
  • Australia and the rest of the world: €29.95.

Delivery times

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we prepare your order within 0 to 1 working days and delivery takes 2 to 4 working days after that.

For the other destinations, the time depends on the destination and the carrier. In any case, unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver your order within 30 calendar days of placing it at the latest, as our Terms and conditions of sale explain.

Pre-orders: delivery within 10 days

When a size is out of stock, on many products you can still order it as a pre-order. You pay when you order, and we deliver within 10 calendar days. The product page shows the latest delivery date before you buy, and that date is saved with your order.

Items we no longer restock cannot be pre-ordered. When they sell out, they show as sold out.

Customs and import taxes

If your order goes to a destination outside the EU VAT area (for example the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or any other country outside the EU), customs duties or import taxes may be charged at the destination. Unless checkout says otherwise, they are not included in the price.

Damaged, lost or late parcels

Until you, or the person you named (other than the carrier), receive the order, the risk of loss or damage is ours. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at newportvela@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. The return shipping is paid by you, also from Spain, except for a defective, damaged or wrong item, where we pay it. All the details are in our Returns policy.
